White-Necked Jacobin
This totally new and unique natural process comes from La Manigua coffee farm from one of our stellar biodinamic producers Esther Jaramillo. The rare and special gesha variety is going to start a plant renewal process which means we wont see this specific variety from this producer in a few years.
Totally different notes come about in this new process, like coconut cream, maple syrup , and aged prune wine. This coffee is especially great for people who prefer low acidity.
The White-necked Jacobin is a rather long and striking hummingbird that favors the forest edges and often feeds in the canopies usually showing off the incredible underside of his white colored tail. Some females can appear quite similar to the males, but some are quite different with a spotted underside and a green/brown back.
